Reading Update
Just finished 'The Fourth Crusade and the Sack of Constantinople'. Funny how boring I used to find all this stuff at school. I need time to reflect on the book; it was pretty good. Which means that the next book I read can't be about the Crusades. Something lighter? Yeah, I started 'A Short History of Everything' but it was while I was reading the Sack. Yup, maybe this one?

Other news, two other books bought:

1) The Name of the Rose
2) Baudolino

Plus, the pesky Jedi continue to destroy all the Sith holoboxes every time I play Battlefront II. Grrr...

Oh, yeah...Happy New Year!

Not particularly germane, but interesting nevertheless, if you haven't already read it -- A History of the 20th Century, with Illustrations. Worth reading on paper. Could lend if you wish.

i use the bookshelved wiki to keep track of what i've been reading:
http://bookshelved.org/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?OwenRogers

it's run by this french agilist (laurent) and has lots of people from the agile community posting their reading lists. so it's a great place to go for book recommendations -- plus you can see what kent beck's reading now. :)
